I went to Vogue nail for the first time and asked for a manicure and a full set of gel nails. The man at the counter asked if I wanted just the full set.. after I specifically said I wanted a manicure as well. When the lady brought me to her table, she asked me why I wanted a manicure, because my nails were already short. I told her I wanted my cuticles trimmed and my nails to look nice after the full set. She did not perform a manicure. She proceeded to clip my cuticles, cutting one of my fingers and making me bleed. She did not use any lotion, exfoliant or massage like it is listed under manicures. Once she started doing the full set, I confirmed with her that these would be GEL nails. She said yes, but then proceeded to give me acrylics. Another nail tech came over to my station, looked at my nails and rudely asked me why they were short. Not only did I not want long nails, but I told her it’s for my job. I’m a bank teller and cannot have long nails. I wanted to do something nice for myself and get my nails done and did not feel it was her place to question why I wasn’t getting them done a certain way. The nails she did on me are nice, I am happy with them but I feel like they could be filed and painted better. Not sure if I will go back.

Lanny was fantastic! She was fast and efficient, and did exactly what I asked for. The location is also beautiful inside, very welcoming and lots of space for multiple people. I was surprised at how many pedicure chairs they had!

I come here regularly for a dip powder manicure by Talia. She always does a great job! She is detail oriented and a perfectionist every time! Everyone at this salon is very nice and accommodating. Prices are pretty average but they have coupons on their website sometimes. Give this place a try and ask for Talia if you want someone who really pays attention to detail!

Vogue nail lounge is a fabulous salon to come and get a pedi! The salon is always clean, relaxing and their staff always provide excellent service. I definitely recommend it

Misa was absolutely amazing tonight. She was kind, talented and very delicate. Came in for a full set of ombré nails after another salon wasn’t able to complete the job. I love the friendliness and cleanliness of this salon. Will 100% be coming back and recommending this to all my friends and family moving forward!
