Pure delight! Exceptional customer service. I enjoyed both a manicure and pedicure today with excellent results. The salon is clean, cozy and very comfortable. I highly recommend Piwo Nail & Spa!

Piwo nails was amazing. My bridal party and I went here for our mani-pedis the day before the wedding and had the best experience. The nail technicians went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and pampered. Plus they have the BEST massage chairs! Highly recommend for a luxury experience without the high price tag.

I did my first pedicure here this afternoon. I'm very pleased with the pedi and the woman who did it. The leg and foot massage was great and my only complaint is that it didn't last long enough (they never last long enough for me, so that's not actually a real complaint). The only reason I am not giving the place 5 stars is because they don't seem to want to accommodate walk-in customers. They hesitated giving me a pedi even though no other customers were here (I was turned away the first time I tried, but they were really busy that day) . So I recommend an appointment if you want to be sure to get in.

They do great nails, but if you are a new customer they treat you bad. I had an appointment (happened twice out 3 visits) n I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes... because they're regular customer asked to be squeezed in and got service before me. My money is green like everyone else n I give awesome tips. If that is how you treat a new customer, I will find somewhere better to go to. I gave them 1-stars because they do great nails, but customer service SUCKS!
