Do not go here. I went here because I used to go here a lot when I lived closer and my new regular nail spa was booked up because of graduations and proms. First, I called if there was a wait and that I was fifteen minutes away, and I was told no. I got there and waited 20 minutes. Then, the only man there (who never introduced himself or gave me his name) brings me to his station and was just rude. He was very aggressive with my nails. I just wanted a fill in with shellac polish. When he drilled off the shellac polish and buffed my nails with the drill my surrounding skin and cuticles started to bleed and my actual nails kept getting hot and he didn't care or say sorry. He was just trying to rush through my nails. He even squeezed my fingers really hard while he did my nails. He didn't apply any oil or moisturizer to the cuticles or skin area before asking me to wash my hands or after putting on the shellac. He was rude anytime I said something. And then when I asked about the price being 35 dollars he said a fill in with shellac costs that much and he didn't include the 2 repairs. Then I noticed the next day, my actual nail and the acrylic started separating at the tips. They didn't do that all before my fill in. I called Monday about it and I was told shellac and a fill was 30 dollars and I told them about my experience with the person Friday and the nail separation and they said I can speak to the manager, and put the nail tech who did my nails on the phone. He said it included the repair cost, even though he told me Friday that was just the fill and shellac cost and not the repair. Then, said if I came in to fix the lifting I would still get charged for that. I will never go there again or refer anyone there. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had issues like this.

Tracy is an amazing artist. She's very careful and takes the time to make sure your nails look exactly the way you want them to! I always get an appointment with her!

I went and got my nails done by Tracy, the owner of this salon, and I love them. I have never gotten as many compliments on my nails before in my life. Tracy does great work and her salon is wonderful. I'm definitely going to keep going to Creative Nail Spa, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I went to this salon for nearly a year. I get acrylic, fills, gel polish and an occasional pedicure. In my times there I ALWAYS made an appointment, I saw two people Tracey and a man who's name I do not know. My nails always looked good. My most recent visit proved different. It was a younger girl who I never seen before, started my fill first with drilling my gel polish off, I could tell she was knew and she didn't seem comfortable using the drill and was moving really slow. She began filling my nails with the SMALLEST amount of acrylic on the brush, once she finished and used the drill again to smooth everything out (like normal) and literally filed all of the acrylic back off that she had just used to "fill" my nails and she was burning me in the process as she was down to my natural nail. I told her I wasn't happy with the job she did and I pulled my hand away, she grabbed my hand and yanked it back towards her. I requested that someone else finish my nails and I was told no, that nobody had any time and that I would need to come back 2 hours later on a Saturday! I felt that if you are going to have people working in a busy salon with long term customers that they should most definitely should know what they are doing and if I have an appointment and my nails are not done the right way that I shouldn't have been asked to come back hours later. I will not go back here again. EVER.
