I use to go here long time ago. I left because I was treated very badly here. The only reason why I came back to get my brows cut and tweezed was because my other place was closed. But now I know why I left. The desk lady plucked my skin so many times after I told her she was hurting me. She also burped in my face twice! Very unprofessional! I walked out after I told her she hurt me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and neither should anyone else.

If you go here, you'll leave disappointed and that's putting it nicely. The only priority here is money, not customers or customer service. They will rush you in, rush your service while chatting to one another, then rush you out with mediocre nails. Go elsewhere if you work hard for your money like I do. Can't say that you weren't warned! I hate that I had to give 1 star because they deserve 0 stars.

I love this play Ronnie does an awesome job every time I always come out with a big smile gorgeous nails he is very detailed!!!🥰

By far the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done. The woman doing my nails truly had no idea what she was doing. I chose to do the dip nails, she dipped them so many times they are so thick, she couldn't even file them correctly. They are completely uneven! To make matters worse, when she was filing them, she had a hard time just filing the nail. She filed the skin causing me to bleed on every finger. She probably was too distracted yelling at other paying customers to notice she was filing my fingers!
Seriously, anywhere and everywhere else is better than this nail place!

The staff was nice. Some of them were young. I only went to get my nails done in an ombre style that my "home" shop can't seem to get quite right so I didn't even go to the pedicure section. I got there not terribly long after they opened but there was barely enough soap between 2 dispensers to wash my hands. I thought that was neglectful because there were enough people there to have filled them. My nail tech cut me twice on the same finger while cutting my cuticles, but I really shouldn't have let them do it not knowing...
This place is closer to home, my fingernails are pretty but I won't go back.
