First time here got a pedicure paid $28.00 cash for the deluxe service. They like to get paid in cash but you can pay with your Visa or MasterCard. (Not American Express friendly). They do have an ATM machine here so if you need cash there’s no problem. If you pay with cash your 10th visit you can get a free manicure, eyebrow wax or a free regular fill.

They did a great job but they insist on cash tips. I never carry cash. My daughter treated me to a pedicure. They pretty much forced her into using their ATM. She ended up paying extra fees. I understand that people like cash. It is just not feasible in this growing digital world. Unfortunately, even though the pedicure was great, I cannot come back if I have to stress about bring cash or paying ATM fees.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone I was discriminated against look as if I wouldn’t pay for the service she immediately point to the regular polish instead of show me all polish. As if I wouldn’t pay an extra 20 dollars for gel polish because I’m black .. Made me feel very uncomfortable with my daughter so I gave her money to go shop at Claire’s instead of being around that type of energy.

Very busy Place says they take credit cards but then they want you to pay in cash. Why accept credit cards if you just want cash just let people know before they get there.

I walked in at 6pm and was able to get service right away. That was the best part of my experience. I tried to make conversation but my nail tech preferred to speak in another language to her coworkers, I would have ignored this but I was trying to explain to her exactly what I wanted. She didn't seem to understand what I wanted and was preoccupied with the cost. I gave up on getting what I wanted and settled on chrome powder and a design (Not even close to what I walked in for). She didn't bother to discuss what type of design I wanted before putting this ugly flower on my nails that I didn't ask for. But I was in a rush and had already decided I would just deal with it for 2 weeks before I went somewhere else to have my nails redone. It's been 9 days since having my nails done and the gel polish is chipping at the tips and 7 of the nails are already lifting off of my nail bed. I spent $70 on this trash! NEVER AGAIN! I should have know though because the place looks like a dump despite being at Willow Lawn. But I was in a bind and wasn't able to get a walk-in appointment anywhere else (I tried 6 other places before I came here). I would have been better off buying nail polish and doing my nails at home.
