This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I usually go to Nail Spa but they are close on Sunday’s. I had a nail emergency and this was the only place opened. I only needed one nail repaired and the guy didn’t know what he was doing! I even tried to pick up the file and help him! He told me to wash my hands and when i came back to the chair told me to leave because there was nothing they could do for me. I had to work that day and my nails looked crazy. Thankful the next day i got them fixed.. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAIL SERVICES!!!!!!

Horrible!!! If I could give less than 1 star, then I would. I came ONLY to get gel nails taken off. I went here out of convenience and I thought: Nobody can mess up taking nails OFF.. WRONG!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 The lady ripped my nails off without soaking them in anything!!! She tore my nails all the way up, and not to mention the fact that she clipped my nails without even asking me!!!! I was pissed!!! She didn’t even clip them even. She left 2 of them really long and by that point I asked her for clippers so I could clip them myself. NEVER EVER GO HERE... for ANYTHING!!!!!

Horrible! THE absolute worse manicure I ever had. I could have done a better job if I did it myself. I requested a gel manicure on my natural nails 1.) the lady cut me when she was clipping my cuticles and was just going to proceed and put the base coat on without even cleaning my finger. I had to make her stop so I could wipe the blood from my cuticles. 2.) when she finished she had polish all on my fingers and it was applied very messily. It did not look like a professional application at all. I would not recommend going to there ever. I will it go back.

On yesterday, I went to this salon and had a pedicure and fill-in done. The young girl doing my pedicure was nice, but rushed on my pedicure. She didn't seem experienced. My boyfriend said it was the worst one I've gotten. She skipped polished my toes. When the owner (male tech) came back in, he came to sit down and I spoke to him and he didn't speak back. He then grabbed my hand and begin to work on them. He had this look on his face like he didn't really want to do my nails. When he polish them, I accidentally touch one of my fingers and he had to re-polish it; which he was not happy about. He then hit my finger with the nail polish bottle and he seem aggravated then. He made me felt like I was a headache to him. He then told me to get up and go to the dryer and I asked if he was going to repolish the one nail. He then had an attitude and said that he didn't say that he was finished and that I need to go onto the dryer. He said it with an attitude and I brought him out on it. I told him that he didn't have to be nasty and then I was a paying customer. When I saw down at the dryer, he said to me that he wasn't harassing me; which I never said. I just told him that he had a nasty attitude. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any of my business again. If I could give this rating zero stars I would because they don't even deserve the one star. As many of the other reviewers of saying, they just don't have any common courtesy or friendliness. They charge way too much and the SERVICES ARE POOR. Do not go there! You may even come out cheaper and get better service somewhere else because this salon is not worth it.

I am extremely pleased with the manicure and a pedicure since I'm new to the area and was looking for a good nail salon that isn't overpriced. I happen to stop by the mall and found this right in the mall.
They have a large nail polish selection color to choose from and very spacious and the most comfortable. Walking in, I was super impressed. It was neat and clean
The place was busy when I went, so I recommend making a reservation. I luckily walked in, but it just got busy after 4 pm.They also had wonderful relaxing nail spa with calming music playing on the background . The manager at the front desk warmly greets you to check in and make sure you satisfied with your experience once you done.After my nails look AMAZING. So happy I found this place and
I will be back for another pedicure!
