They accept credit cards and the atmosphere and people are nice. One of the better nail salons in town.

Tech rushed through manicure, cut nails crooked and did not file evenly. Asked to have fixed by a different tech who couldn’t see what the problem was. Left before allowing them to finish. Will not return or recommend.

I’m leaving 3 stars simply because the owner was so nice and was working so hard. Otherwise definitely a 1 star experience. My two daughters and I got mani/pedis. Three techs were trying to work on the three of us and two more women at the same time. My tech didn’t smooth or exfoliate my feet. My nails are uneven and rough on the corners. All three of us have polish on our cuticles and around the edges of our fingers. To REALLY make matters worse, my oldest daughter requested a gel fill-in. The owner informed her “you don’t need that” and soaked off her gel nails and just polished them! Not remotely what she requested. Now she will have to pay to have a new set put on when we return home. We paid a good deal more $$ here for crappy service compared to perfection at our salon in NC. We thought a mani/pedi would be a nice option for a rainy, cold June afternoon. Our mistake.

Love this place and the people there. Inexpensive and great Thai massage, makes me miss Thailand. Ying makes you feel like family.

The nail tech refused to complete my nails because I asked her to correct a crooked nail to my liking. She claims “she’s incapable of doing so and couldn’t make me happy.” Would not recommend this salon to anybody. I literally am leaving with half filed nails because she will not finish the job even though I, initially, told her it was an easy fix.
UPDATE: after I said I was going elsewhere to have my nails fixed, my nail tech changed her mind, apologized profusely, and did a good job on the shellac manicure.
