BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a 0, I would. The older man worked on my nails. He started out by gluing the nails on as they all do before they start the acrylic but he glued the nail to the end of my finger tip! Not my finger nail! I confronted him about it and he assured me that he has been doing this for over 15 years and he knows how to do his job. In my 10 years of getting my nails done, no nail tech has ever EVER glued the fake nail onto the tip of my finger. I asked him to please take it off, as I just wanted them off and I wanted to go somewhere else. He ABSOLUTELY REFUSED!!! WOULD NOT TAKE THEM OFF AND CONTINUED TO DO MY NAILS. NOW I HAVE TO HOPE AND PRAY that my nails don't mess up as they grow. It makes no sense to me, I'm not sure why He did it this way because as my nails grow now, they arent going to have any way to detach themselves from my finger to grow because the acrylic is all under my real nails and its also stuck to the skin on my fingers so how does that work???, they are suppose to glue the fake nail on your real nail so as your nails grow all you have to do is go get them refilled, the acrylic never gets under your real nail at all. Well this guy says that's how hes been doing it for 15 years! What am I suppose to do when my nails try to grow but they have acrylic stopping them from moving? I will be taking this to court. There was no reason why he couldn't have just taken the nails off. I did not want the fake nails glued to my skin but he refused and then insisted that, that was how it was suppose to be. Wait for updates, this isn't over and I will make sure things happen if I end up with infected nails over this. This is nothing to play with and I will not go back and I will never recommend anyone to go there. Bad BAD BAD experience.

Love the service , and my nail tech is 1 of a kind , just love her skills and personality. 11+ years of good service.
