Brought my mother in law to this place for her to get her feet and nails done. Got in right away with no waiting, but they didn’t turn her chair on for her and charged her a nice amount to even do her feet for her. Then she wanted a full set done to her nails and right before the guy started cutting her actual nails she said that just wanted a polish and he still just cut away her nails so that she had to get a new set of nails on and then charged her $35.00 for that after she done said never mind I want my nails to be painted. This guy was just going to send her off to other person with one of her hands didn’t have her actual nails on it and when she asked him to fix it he just looks at her. Didn’t say okay I can fix it for you no nothing. But there isn’t a problem with taking her money from her without explaining anything to her. Aweful I am not going to bring her nor myself back here again.

TERRIBLE. Waited 40 mins to finally be sat. Rude guy starts sawing away like a manic. It’s 7 pm and they close at 8. 3 other ladies walk in and this guy just flies through my manicure. I was clearly unhappy with one of the colors and he didn’t seem to care or want to fix it. Completely rude the entire time nor even acknowledges me while trying to also work on a different person at the same time!!! This morning while opening my car door my nail chipped. Just a whole 13 hours later. Only to pay 20$ and feel completely P.O.’d ! Most manicurist clean up around the finger where THEY get polish. You can see in the pictures he just left it. Also you can see my nail isn’t completely covered with polish. Unacceptable! Never again!

The only place in town I will go to get my nails done. Ask for Ben, he is amazing! Very reasonably priced and excellent service

I needed to get my eyebrows waxed before the military ball ASAP. BIG MISTAKE.
the lady didn’t even ask how I wanted them waxed. She just came over to me, told me to close my eyes and started waxing. I thought she was a professional of some sort so I trusted her. 3 minutes later I was left with the thinnest eyebrows I’ve ever seen. She completely ruined the nice eyebrow shape I had before. Not only that but they were super uneven. That is totally not okay. They should not offer eyebrow waxing service if they’re going to be that unprofessional.

I've been multiple places in town and have been less than satisfied with my nails; Gel that chips & peels, acrylic too thick. At VIP my nails look perfect, except for growth after 3 weeks. I would give a 5 stars but I do wish the pedis were a little more thorough. I will continue to go for nails though every time!
