This nail spa is Amazing. Very professional and conveniently located right off harden. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I just got a facial and will be coming back!

This is a very upscale nail spa that's very unorganized. I called to schedule appointment early when I was in the area. I arrived ten minutes early only to be told I'm not in the schedule. I tried to schedule an appointment yet again. This time I had my assistant call and yet again I arrive and I don't have an appointment. They were rude, unhelpful and they're customer skills are undesirable. My $100 gift went in the trash sadly. I wouldn't even try to set up another appointment.

This is a very professional nail spa. Sarah, the owner is very capable, and the salon is clean and very pleasant.

I went in for a regular polish and manicure. After waiting for a half hour for my nails to dry, I went home and the polish completely peeled off. I asked the business for a refund on my manicure. I have not had this issue with other businesses in the area. The business owner refused to give me a refund. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. There are plenty other nice sail salons in the area that do a great job, do not waste your time going here!
