My daughter and I went to this nail salon out of convenience (for a manicure) because it's less than a mile from my home. Bad decision. A couple days later I had to go to the Urgent Care with an infected finger. It had to be cut open and drained. Needless to say, convenience is NOT always better. I think I'll continue to commute to my regular nail salon across town. I'll give it one star because the staff were nice, that's about it.

I visited Rose Nails to redeem a gift certificate for a deluxe manicure and pedicure but only received the pedicure half. After explaining for 10 minutes that I wanted a manicure too (as provided by the gift certificate) and acrylics in addition (knowing I’d pay extra for this part), they only provided the latter. As I was pressed for time anyway, I decided to ignore it and just settle for acrylics. However, even this didn’t go well. The tips were cut much shorter than what I had asked for and they used gel rather than a standard polish. Between the thick layers of gel and the much too short tips, my nails look almost like bubbles. I know I shouldn’t have left unhappy with the work that had been done but I was so disappointed that I decided to let another salon fix their mistakes.
The pedicure was nice and so was the staff. However, if you would like tips/acrylics, I’d recommend somewhere else. I get that profit comes from upselling but when a customer comes in knowing what they want, it’s only frustrating to be asked about different services repeatedly.

Excellent place. They were closed for some remodeling and let me in any way to give a pedicure of my dreams. Best place ever

Manicure was rushed and I had to have another tech correct it.... alittle disappointed but would go back again. Just not in the evening.

Mrs. Kim is wonderful she has been doing my nails for over 20 years and this VOESH Pedi in a Box 4 in 1 is amazing!!
