Scrolling down the review section its apparent that I'm not the only one who has had an issue when it comes to the eyebrow department. I was unhappy with how my eyebrows came out, unfortunately I wasn't aware at how bad they had actually come out until I got back to my car and inspected them. I went back inside the store only to receive scoffs from the entire staff! Even after I was just in there not even 2 minutes prior and tipped, i was seen as a burden and it was extremely apparent that I was not welcome for coming back with a simple request, to correct the unevenness that was due to a bad job. Save yourself some time. If your looking for good customer service and a proper service. This is NOT the place to go.

It was very neat and clean. They did a good job, and it wasn’t rushed. They’ve got several tables and people working so there is a small wait time. I love my nails!

Friendly and nice staff. Even without an appointment they take you in. Convenient.
