I love this place. Was introduced to this place by one of my best friends and I am so grateful to her. I have no complaints what so ever. My nail tech is Jenny and she is stuck with me for life now. Cause I would never be satisfied elsewhere. All the staff are supper friendly. The amount of compliments I received since going here is never ending.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. worst customer service. even if you make an appointment weeks in advance they will not honor it if someone walks in willing to spend more money on designs. I gave this a few chances I understand things happen and was given excuses. but when 10 minute wait turns into 40 minutes then only to have someone else take care of me that is the last straw. sad part is the nail tech didn't seem phased in the least and barely got an apology. if you have nothing better to do than waste your time then this place is for you!

I will never go back here again. I've been coming to this nail salon for the past 2 years. Even recommended it to countless friends and family. The only person to never give me an issue was Chris. I gave the lady who I believe is named Lily, a picture of what I wanted to do today. After not being able to do the simple gittered diamond design I looked at the time and saw that I had been in her seat for 2 hours. I told her to just make all my nails the same base color and she gave me a problem for that. I had to keep a glitter nail that I didn't want and asked Lily how much it would be to keep it. After she told me it was 10 dollars for one glitter nail on each hand,( that I didn't want) I was more than annoyed between the amount of time and money I was about to spend. Lily went up to Jenny(her manger) to ask if she could offer me a discount. I was told that I could pay 50 dollars or pay 45 dollars and find another salon. HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!! They did not want to help they just wanted me to leave. I was not yelling or being rude or nasty to anyone, but after that was said to me I could not help but feel hurt and called the manager rude and unprofessional. Below to the right is what I wanted and to the left is what they wanted me to pay 50 dollars for. Good riddance!

disappointed. i went in for acrylic and was on a very tight schedule. the lady who did my nails spent about 5-7 minutes talking to another nail technician before she sat down and started. i just sat there waiting! when she did do my nails, the shape and size were uneven, and i had bubbles in my nail polish. i said fine, i could live with that. but only TWO DAYS after, i was simply SCRATCHING MY LEG when a nail broke off. very disappointed in their service and their work. will not return.
