I love it here. The studio is clean and welcoming, and Kelly and her staff are wonderful. The spa pedicure is the BEST I've ever had, and I get compliments on my nails (gel) all the time. I'll never go anywhere else.

Always have a good experience here! Have been coming for 3 years, since we moved to West Boylston. Helen is one of my favorites.

Was away for a bit, and man I sure missed the fin, friendly environment. The clients are cool and Kelly and ladies are so great.... skillz....

The woman at the second nail table is awful! I told her she was making my acrylic to thin and I wanted it thicker so the didn’t break, she refused and said this is the way she does it. With in a few hours one nail had already broken. I do not recommend this salon at all. The woman was extremely rude! This salon is a waste of money and charge slightly more than other nail salons, save your money this place is a disappointment.

I have been a Serenity customer for over 2 years and can't imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and I am complimented on my nails CONSTANTLY. I look forward to my appointments - clean salon, great atmosphere.
