Lynn service was very terrible and very unprofessional. She messed up one of my nails and I asked her kindly to fix the nail, she then started yanking my hand in frustration because I was satisfied, then after I paid told me I wasn’t welcomed back all because I asked her to fix one nail. Then I asked her when “John” a former nail tech was coming back she got even more mad and started speaking in her native tongue angrily to her husband Jay. I don’t know who peed in her Cheerios that day but Even if she hadn’t banned me (for no reason)
I still would NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

Horrible job on my fill in!! This man who only does pedicures was assigned to my fill in request. He didn’t shape my nails at all. Rush job on my polish, ask for a tip had to go back to get my nails shaped. I was assigned to the same person who kept pulling my hand because he had to redo the jacked up nails. I saw that my right pinky finger was soooo not the move. I use to love this nail shop buttttttttt no... they push you to tech that their skills are over mediocre. The owner is a sweetheart but please do better.

I went to Jay Nails on Wednesday last week (It’s Sunday) I have one nail that popped off one about to come off too much overlay on my right middle and ring finger! UGH! All I know is the lady at table #7 can not ABSOLUTELY be licensed! I do have understand when a customer comes in paying hard earned money for a service what is the problem with keeping making your customers happy!?! One guy rushes through your nails one don’t know what their doing one looks confused about what’s going on I mean ugh!! All I know is that I would not be returning to Jay Nails! Hate I spent first time (which was good second ok last ugh) $70 something there this last $34 for the fill in and gel!!!??? Bet I’ll learn myself gel polish is inexpensive. Jay Nails really disappointed me! Only good I see they do honor appointment schedules unlike others

Here with bff and 4 year old daughter. This is their bonding place. Bff keep them nails and toes on point and my daughter is a glam girl already with 150 nail polishes thanks to tt D😎 Service was quick and everyone was friendly. They'll be back for services very very soon💅🧖
