Work is great most times and in the past I would have sworn by them. My last visit was two weeks ago and I left there feeling like I was a criminal. While taking off the plastic slippers to throw them in the trash (by the door), I saw one lady watching me carefully to ensure that I did not run off. But I brushed that off. I was then asked to leave my things behind to go get cash from the atm. This made it easier for them and I did this before last year with no issues. I came here all time time last year and I honestly feel like they did not recognize that it was me. I am hurt and disappointed and felt like I was being profiled.

Love this place. I only go to Mercy. Her SNS nails stay for a MONTH without peeling or cracking or pulling your hair when they grow out. She does an excellent job every time!

I went on Thursday to get my nails done. Today it’s Saturday (3 days later) and my nails are cracking all over.
I never leave reviews anywhere but I am very upset. They took 2 and a half hours to do this. The person working on my nails was complaining often to the other ladies that I asked for French nails. On the phone they told me $49 and after they were done they charged me $79 + insisted in getting a tip even though I was visibly upset at the results. I have no problem paying for someone’s labor but they overcharge.

The salon offers many services. It is spacious and clean & nicely decorated. The staff are very attentive, efficient and very nice. They have a very attractive Monday -Thursday early bird mani pedi special I take advantage of weekly. I recommend this salon highly.

I was getting a pedicure and manicure last week and I was impressed at how clean and well socially distance the customers are when getting their nails done. The ladies are super sweet and I will definitely be back.
