The staff is very friendly and polite. The setting is very clean and welcoming. They have lots of colors to choose from. Even though it has been a year since I've been there because I was pregnant they still remember me and my kids and they remember how I like my nails and eyebrows done. I will never go anywhere else .

I’m going on a 7 day cruise tomorrow (my partner and I). I looked up different salons in my area. K had pretty good reviews so we decided to give them a go. We got there 15min before opening. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE WAITING. We tell them what we wanted (no friendly smile or welcoming like the reviews stated) which was two pedis, one mani, one brow, and one gel set. My partner asked to have her feet soak awhile. Literally as soon as they turn the water off they wanted to start. My partner no sorry I asked to soak a while. The response was ‘oh no no we ha customer it Saturday’. We said but no one is even here yet. They looked at us as if we were being unreasonable. Wth? Needless to say we left and will never return. Maybe they’re nice and friendly to returning costumers only.

Owners, Kathy & Sunny are wonderful! Nice, clean atmosphere. So many colors to choose from! They always do a great job...very consistent!

SUPPORT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I have been a regular customer at KV nails since 2014. During a recent visit, my daughter and I got our nails done. Less than 48 hours later the polish turned colors on some of her nails. We returned to KV Nails and they didn’t want to repolish 4 nails. Once, I convinced the male Limited Nail Technician, Thian to repolish them I was charged $7. This is not the first time I had a issue here, but it will be my last visit.

They are really nice and also takes there time doing the nails when I was pregnant I used to go there a lot and it’s not bad at all
