Some of the ladies that work here are so rude. They pull on your hands like they are mad and then some don't know how to say thank you for the tip. Prices change and it's expensive. The only good thing is you can just walk in and dont have to wait too long and they have various options unlike other places . I wish the staff would be more nice and gentle !!

First of all, terrible customer service! Just terrible! The guy who is in front desk doesn’t know how to talk with customers he is very rude! I’ve done my nails and I didn’t like it, I didn’t t like the shape and the color, she put the color very uneven I could do even better. I told them and they said that I have to pay anyway. Will never go back again! And the salon is very very dirty. Do not go there!

THEY DO NOT STERILIZE TOOLS!!!!!!!! THEY JUST RINSE IT WITH WATER AND A LITTLE BIT SOUP AND THEN PUT IT INTO SPECIAL PACKAGES AND THAT'S IT!!!! READY TO GO! THEN THEY UNPACK IT BEFORE YOU TO LOOK LIKE TOOLS ARE PERFECTLY CLEAN ALMOST NEW! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! I saw with my own eyes how they do it in a hurry when a lot of people. they are not even shy about it. they also do not wash the baths in which the pedicure is done only change the bags

That’s the worse place to do nails at... I contact health department they don’t clean the equipment she took me at we another customer and she didn’t clean anything just start my nails ... then the customer complains that she didn’t like the color so she left me without saying anything all I saw is her leave to me sitting and go start fixing the customer nails. When u talk to the guy at the reception he start yelling at you. Why should I pay money to be yelled at!!!! They don’t deserve even a star

I really like the people here and really like how Michelle does my nails. They are welcoming and accommodating. I'll see you guys in a week!
