First of all, There should be a sign in sheet when customers walk in. They jump around too much between customers who’ve been waiting and those who just walk in. They cater to the intimidating ghetto women first because they don’t want to face any conflict. That’s not right. They don’t know how to sit still and listen. They screaming out “Pedicure” not the name of who was waiting and supposed to be serviced next. They just all over the place and they need to learn their English better. They need to practice getting their customers to present themselves in a proper manner. It don’t make no sense how they haven’t evolved. You think after the fire, they would get they act together 😂💯

At first I was skeptical about trying a new salon Lee did a good job and I’m very picky , also took me very fast 5 stars

Tony was horrible. Nails came out so bumpy, and he made my cuticles bleed on 3 fingers. Never going back
