They are not at all on time. I had 11:30am appointment and didn't get in the chair till noon. I only have till 1230 to get done. Needless to say I am NOT happy. They are slow and unprofessional. I don't have time to go elsewhere so I am stuck. They need to hire more people. I will NOT be back.

Ive given this place multiple chances. There is never a wait here which should have been my warning. They don't clean any of their tools between customers just what's been sitting at their station. The towles they use to wipe hands down and hot towel are mildew smelling. In general the place is dusty which may mostly be because it is carpeted but grosses me out. I had acrylic set which lifted very quickly and then switched the gels which where rushed and bubbly. The prices are on par with others I've gone to locally think I'm moving on to somewhere else.

Excellent place, very kind staff. I went today for a pedicure and they did a wonderful job for a great price. I plan to be back!

Unfortunately my first visit was my last. The salon is very much so under staffed. It took a very long time for anyone to greet or address my service needs when I went in. Because I was in a pinch I sat and patiently waited until the older woman asked what I was having done. The two older people were friendly enough but the two younger people who may or may not be the children seem not so happy, especially the boy. Unfortunately, because they are under staffed the older woman who serviced me is under pressure and overwhelmed. During my service she was the only one to greet the customers coming in and estimate the wait time but she was so busy worrying about the people coming in and leaving she nipped me. By the way I got the works.. Mani Pedi and Wax. The results were okay nothing to be impressed by but that nip hurt for at least a week so that's all I could think about..

I am in GBurg for the weekend for a graduation. Was happy to find this nail salon so close. Walked and was taken in 10 minutes. I have never had such a relaxing mani/pedi in years. The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. My gel manicure looks fabulous as do my toenails. The chair massage while getting my pedi set my mood to even more relaxed. I would reccomend this place to everyone
