This was my first time going, and it’ll be my last time. I went with my cousin to get pedicures and full sets for our nails. Pedicures were fine, nothing outstanding or anything but good. However for our nails.. yikes. I had showed the nail tech a super simple French tip but with black instead of white polish, and she totally botched it. I had to get another lady to fix them all. Not to mention all of my nails are pretty wonky yet I still paid $80 for it all. Plus when I was trying to get change for a $20 bill to tip everyone, she instead took $15 from me for herself and another guy leaving my cousins nail tech only $5. My cousins nails were almost $100… for what exactly, I don’t know. They charged extra for “extra length,” - there was no extra length added. In fact, her nails compared to mine are very very small, and again wonky looking. Took a chance on this place because I’m new to the area.. don't waste your time here please.

I used to come to this salon all the time. It’s my go to when I need a quick fill in or pedicure. After today, I will Absolutely NEVER come back. The guy who did my nails hardly shaped them at all, dang near sanded my nails to my nerves, kept falling asleep while doing my nails. I asked Him to stop and get a different tech 3 TIMES! He had acrylic all over my hands, polish all over, I had to ask him to fix them more than once. My nails are now all jacked up and he charged me $95 for my pedi and my fill in. Which is absolutely outrageous!!! My nails are all different shapes and lengths, the color is patchy, and it took him 3 hours to do a fill in and a pedicure. That’s the longest time I’ve ever been at a salon. I had to come home reshape my nails and I also Had to strip off the color he did because it looks like a 2 year old did it. Will never return!

The person taking care of me had some type of palsy. I spent 2 1/2 hours for a simple pedicure and an acrylic nail fill! He seemed friendly enough, and I felt sorry for him, but I noticed he kept forgetting things (I have been getting pedicures for 30+ years). He would do something to one foot and then not the other. He would stop in the middle of what he was doing and then never return to it. When he was painting the nails, he had to keep going between the polish and a brush with acetone to correct his mistakes.
And then ... we began the fill. Let's just say that after the excruciating length of time it took him to finish, I ended up with irregular nails of all types of thickness, some rounded some squared.
To top all of this off, he charged me $94.00. The pedicure I chose from their menu was $32.00, so the acrylic fill was $62.00!!!!!! I will never return to Sky Nails.

This place is horrible I was here for this passed weekend and I asked for gel polish. They gave me one coat and Sunday night the polish came halfway off. Tuesday morning my nail broke. They charged me $45.00. So now Im gonna have to have my nails fixed by my nail tech here in Winston Salem. I will never ho back.

Went to get my nails done nail tech was clearly on drugs kept nodding off, when he put my nails on I told them they were not applied properly he told me it was my finger. Didn’t apply enough acrylic another nail tech had to step in but the damage was already done and I still had to pay $30. I will never in life spend another dollar at this establishment you shouldn’t either. Horrible experience and he didn’t have on a mask
