I had never had a pedicure before, I had always been able to care for my own feet. A few years ago I started having troubles seeing what I was doing and had joint pains, etc., that made it simply too difficult to paint my toenails any longer. So I went bare. Recently I had a surgery for cancer that made the leaning and reaching something I could not do and my toes were looking pretty rough. I have a cruise coming up and decided it was time to give in and let someone else do this for me. I walked in with no appointment. The greeting was fast and friendly. I had to wait a short time but that was because all the technicians were already working on others. I was offered something to drink several times and made as comfortable as possible while I waited. As a first timer I had no idea what was involved but I can tell you that everything went so nicely. The whole experience was delightful and I couldn't be happier with how my feet look. Thank you Rachel for such a great job and I am sure I will be back :)

I am new to the area from Fairfax VA. I have been to numerous nail shops and this place seems nice and clean but, the polish doesn't last. After the first week, my nails was already chipping, and peeling. Seems like great people but the nail lady didn't put on more then two coats of gel. They didn't make sure they covered the whole nail. When i went back to get it fixed it was a quick job. I left with it not looking very nice and had glue sticking on top of it. I called to inform them that my nails was peeling after a week and they stated if I came back I would have to pay. I stated the reason for my call is to let you know I am not satisfied, if you don't want to fix my nails for FREE then I am writing this review. She stated she gave me 30% off, be careful customers.

It was amazing the guy they did my nails was very sweet... he was very gentle and carried on a conversation with me

I was here for about 10 minutes and could honestly say that this is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to! They were very nasty and rude to us and were talking about us the whole time! I will not be going back there at all!
