I love that they are will to do some nail art which I often want. I like to be unique and a little different. So far they have been accommodating. I don't think it's something they do all too often because the prices are not set. I feel like I get charged whatever the nail tech wants to charge that day. Some nail techs also charge a lot more than others. That part is not great but I feel like I can just ask ahead of time from now on. The latest set that I just got done is something I've been wanting to do for a while, she did it and she did an amazing job. Her name was Becca and she was very detail-oriented and made sure I was happy with the final result.

Just got my nails done and I’m in love! The best nail job I’ve ever had. She worked with me to find out what I wanted since I came in having no clue what to get. I picked out the middle finger color and she decided on the nude color and came up with the ombré and gem idea! She also helped me pick out a perfect pink to match my middle nail. I feel like I should of paid $100 for how beautiful these nails look.

I have given this place multiple chances to get their act together- but the most recent ownership just can’t seem to. I started going there and had a specific person that I liked that did my nails, so I would make an appointment with her on a regular basis- until one day I called to make an appointment and the new owner “Becca” decided she no longer allowed you to request a specific tech. Ok- so I make an appointment, go in at my appointment time and
No one was available and they told me it would be 10 minutes. So I waited. While waiting someone walked in and requested a specific person do her nails- “Becca” spoke up and told the customer the tech she requested would have time to do her nails in 20 minutes. But wait- I thought we couldn’t request anyone specific…. I continued waiting until 45 minutes past my appointment time and the went to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be, as I needed to pick my kids up from school. “Becca” advised me “she didn’t know, just because you have an appointment she can’t tell you how long the wait will be because of walk ins”. But that’s literally the point of an appointment. I ended up leaving. Fast forward a few weeks I went back to give them another opportunity- went as a walk in, asked when I got there how long for a gel manicure, “Becca” spoke up from the back over the girl at the desk and said “I don’t know we don’t have time.” So I asked if they had any time later in the day, “Becca” replied no, I asked about tomorrow and she replied “I don’t know.” I ended up walking out and won’t be going back. “Becca’s” customer service skills need a lot of improvement.

Called to see if we could do a morning walk-in for my daughter to get a Mani/Pedi. They said come on in! The nails turned out great. The lady was super nice to my daughter and did a great job making her feel special!

Amazing place to go to get acrylics. Always professional and friendly. This place always meets my expectations and then some! Highly recommend to anyway looking for a new place with decent prices and do amazing work!
