I tried to purchase a gift card online. When I attempted to submit my purchase request, I received an error message. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I realized the money was withdrawn from my account. I never received a confirmation or email from the company so I placed a call to the local parlor. After expressing my concerns with Natalie, she advised that she would make an attempt to contact the online department. 2 days past without hearing anything from Natalie or the online department, I place another call to Natalie. She stated that my claimed was reviewed but no further action had been taken. Another request was submitted on my behalf and she also supplied me a number to call to the IT department. I’ve called on two separate occasions and left messages. However Massage Envy has yet to return my phone calls. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my deserving parents. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism and communication displayed by Massage Envy. I am out of my money and my parents still do not have the one gift that they wanted.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was amazing. Hannah was just what I needed and Stella for my husband. Just the right amount of pressure and knowing what place to work out (that I didn’t even know I needed!) Highly recommend , we will be back!

My husband Tim has major neck and lower back problems from a near fatal accident years ago. Hannah did an amazing job with him! Everyone in there office is kind and caring! I highly recommend the SALISBURY MASSAGE ENVY and especially Hannah our massage therapist!
