My husband and I stopped in a couple weeks ago on a Monday for pedicures. There weren’t many people there. We were told they’d start with my pedicure first then in about 15 mins they’d start his. Well fast forward, he waited during my entire pedicure and he hadn’t been helped (which was around 45 mins since I had to wait a few also) meanwhile there are people coming in and being helped before him. Also, the pedicure was awful. It was half assed and lazy. The staff was very friendly but we won’t be coming back here.

I had a great experience at this place! I came in as a brand new customer on Saturday night and it was about a half hour until closing and I needed a gel manicure. I wasn't sure if they would take me since it was close to closing time, but they were VERY nice and said they would take me. A girl named Jenny did my nails and she did a great job and really took her time even though they were closing. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. I will definitely be going back again in 2 weeks when I need my manicure again. I found my new place!! Thank you!!

I'm not surprised I love this place because I was a previous client of the sister location Brio. Every employee I've interacted with has been pleasant and friendly. Amy does my nails and she's amazing! Pays attention to detail and she has a wonderful personality. Highly recommend this spa!

First nail place I’ve ever gone to, but every one there is great. Maggie is awesome she always takes care of my eyebrows and manicures. She’s super sweet and makes me love going to cache!

Horrible customer service, they can’t even answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for five minutes.
