I am so disappointed. My family and I received horrible customer service. The woman at the front desk was very cold and unfriendly. A male nail technician was also present, he just seemed indifferent towards us. I brought my father for a manicure. The male mail technician started the manicure on my father. Though he wasn't very friendly, he seemed to be doing a good job.
Then he was supposed to give my mother a mani pedi next. He sat my mom down and began the process by putting her feet to soak. He then he went to finish my father's manicure. Then he was about to continue my mom's pedicure when two young women walked in. All of a sudden the 2 staff members became super friendly and attentive towards them. The male nail technician stopped doing my mother's pedicure and told my mother she'd have to wait 20 minutes while he did a manicure on one of the young ladies who just walked in. Can you imagine? It was so rude.
We arrived first, she'd been soaking for a while and he had already begun my mom's pedicure. It didn't make any sense. They were clearly showing favoritism to the two young women, despite the fact that they arrived about a half hour after us. It made us feel like they did not value our business. In addition, the two young women were white. My father is white and my mother is black. I can't help but wonder if that contributed to their cold and rude treatment towards us. It just didn't make sense to me
Either way, I will never go to Forever Nails again. I dried my mom's feet, paid for my father's mani (no tip of course), walked out and brought my mom to a different nail spot to complete her pedicure. What a disappointment.

Love coming here for manicures and pedicures. The staff is diligent, talented, and friendly, and the facilities and equipment are sanitary. I recommend seeing Kathy if you can!

Theit nail polish is dry and the gel makes it peel off the next day. The guy Young cannot file nails he does not do a good job with the Fill. He puts the gel on to thin where they are weak and can crack the next day. He leaves the nail rough because he says that’s the only way the nail polish will stick. The place was horrible if you need a better place for your nails go to exotic nails in the mall.

This is the WORST nail place in all of manalapan township. I came in to get a gel fill and they couldn’t figure out how to take off my previous nail polish. After cutting and picking at my nails until the point where they started to bleed I had to get up and walk out my fingers were throbbing so much. My mom also had an appointment for a fill and the guy Young, filed all of her nails crooked. On top of crooked nails and having to keep filling them over and over again to make them straight, which made them short, they use old cheap nail polish which bubbles up and peels right off the next day so now since all her nails peeled off we are back again so they can fix their mistake and they have the nerve to give us attitude and charge us to get them fixed! Save yourself the pain, money, and time DO NOT GO HERE!
