I have Hanna do my nails. She is wonderful. She also does the manager's nails. That says a lot. She’s so talented. She does art on your nail if you’re interested. She is sweet quite and loves what she does. I’ve been going there since they opened. If you don’t like one technician try another. I switched three times. Then i found Hanna. I love her work her personality and her professionalism. If you like your feel done Kim is the one to request. She doesn’t understand much English but gives a great pedicure.

The nail technician did a great job on my nails. The shaping and quality were perfect. I went on a busy Sunday and they were able to seat me right away. My fiancé got the aromatherapy pedicure while I got my nails done and it was just okay. We couldn't smell anything from the pedicure.

When asked what I wanted , I needed a refill with an ombre. Apparently people don’t know how to work with acrylic anymore because it takes “too long” do either I needed a new set or nothing. My question is , why do they question a customer’s taste when you are actually paying them
And instead of making it right, they keep talking back to a customer . Poor poor poor customer service.

You have to ask for someone good. If you just walk in and they ask you what you would like and don't ask for either the owner or someone with experience, the person they will assign to you will not do a good job.
Have been here before and have had my nails done (dipped) and last for up to a month. This last time they lasted a week and a half, I ended up removing them.

Was satisfied with my first time pedicure. The person who did my pedicure (I think his name was Gordon?) was very gentle and did the coloring part perfectly as well. Will consider coming back if I get to stop by West Plano.
