This place is ridiculous, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I showed the guy what length I wanted my nails, and he told me no, that's too long (they weren't even long at all, just a medium length) and my friend said that they weren't too long, and he told me he would charge an extra 10 dollars, and I said okay that's fine. He then again refused and told me no, it was too long. They cut both my friend and I in several places all over our fingers. We've been here before, and they're rude ever time. We should've known better then to come back. When we went to pay she asked how much of a tip we wanted to leave and we said none (because the fact they didn't do what we asked, and messed up, and were very rude the whole time) and she said no, you have to leave a tip, and we said no, and she argued till we just gave the tip. I wouldn't recommend getting any work from here unless you want crappy work, ignorant service, and to be forced to give someone a tip who doesn't deserve it.

If I could give no stars I would. This was horrific service they are mean and ignorant. They won't let you get the length you want. My friend told them she wanted them longer and the guy told her no. They cut us both numerous times. And they aren't sanitary, they rush super fast. More quantity than quality then when they hurt you they blame you.. When we tried to pay and leave after already being over charged. She asked how much of a tip I said none. She made a huge scene and said i have to leave a tip then told me I was leaving a 5 dollar tip because I had to. I didn't feel like that service should have been tipped. I wouldn't suggest for anyone to go here I won't be going back ever.

Rude, rushed and rough. These people were terrible: the guy was so rude, he actually cut me in several places from filing too carelessly. He didn't even know what a french tip was. He wouldn't put the fan by me because I'm pregnant and the fumes were strong. He didn't speak good English so it was difficult understanding him, but he kept complaining about using nail polish remover because I didn't want him drilling the old polish off. I wanted to leave within the first five minutes but had my daughter and mom with me. They did the pedicures way too rushed: about 20 minutes, not even close to the same quality that I've paid for at other places. This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The workers kept moving around to the customers so I ended up having 2 different people work on my toes, and it wasn't even good, the paint is not straight and is uneven. Horrible service. I am so mad that he cut my toes and couldn't even fathom what a french tip was so the female came and did it. These people don't care, are not professional and sucked big time.

I've been coming here faithfully for a few months now to get full sets and fills. Well for the last few days I've been coming in trying to get a full set every time I come in they ask me to come back another day because they are too busy. The last time I went in there were 2 women getting pedicures so they asked me to wait a few minutes which I didn't have a problem with but I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. Finally they started doing my nails. About 5 minutes after they started 2 women walked in that had appointments that they forgot about. So they asked me to leave and come back in 30 minutes. Needless to say I'm not going back. I think its ridiculous that every time I come in and it doesn't matter at what time they ask me to come back.
