I was mildly concerned after reading the previous reviews for this place but I was totally mind-blown over the service once I arrived. I would give this place and the friendly staff a 10 star rating if possible. I recommend the Aromatherapy Pedicure to anyone because it is the most relaxing and soothing one. I also had my nails filled and they massage you hands with oils and help release tension on your fingers! Love this place!

Absolutely the worst place to get a pedicure! They rush you in and rush you out. This place is a nail factory as opposed to a nail salon or “spa”. They is No customer service or quality attention paid to what they’re doing. They only lightly scrub, barely massage and spend little time cleaning under the nail or trimming cuticles. My feet are as rough when I get out as when I go in. They used to be good but now it’s just about flipping chairs quickly. They’re not pleasant at all and make no effort to be nice.

I have had my nails done here for years, some good appointments, some not so good. The not so good more often than not recently. The people don’t smile, aren’t pleasant, rough handling and my 3 last gels have chipped and peeled. Today’s was the worst. I feel like I need to go somewhere else and have them redone and where I leave with a smile because it was a pleasant experience.

My niece and I went in with my sister-in-law. It was a gift for Christmas. They wouldn’t let my 7 year old niece sit in the middle that’s what she wanted. The bowl was overflowing all over the floor. We told her and she got a salad bowl and scooped it into the other bowls. She told my sister-in-law (Tara) to sit down. Tara put her feet into boiling water. I looked down and water was on the floor with a strip extension cord in it. Tara was finished and went to have her manicure. They told me to go I said. I wouldn’t leave my niece alone. She was angry. I said again I’m not leaving my 7 year old niece ALONE! I wanted to leave! It’s my prerogative to. I couldn’t because it was a gift. At the manicure area same story. The woman who did my nieces nails cut them way too short one was hurting. She wanted them to grow even told the woman so. The glitter polish red and green was off the next day! Christmas Day!!! What a horrible experience !!!!! I’ve never had anything like this EVER BEFORE. 🤬
