Both times I got a gel manicure, my nails chipped within a week. The second time, it was onlyb3 days later. Woman was super rude and I said upfront that I wanted dark red with a snowflake design. I asked for the snowflake later and two artists said they couldn't do it. I asked who could and they said no one. Other customers were getting designs on their nails!!!
Also on that same trip, the woman doing my pedicure started adding a different shade of red than the one I asked for after she did 2 coats. I never asked for it and I didn't like it. When I told her that, she didn't understand why I didn't like it and didn't want to fix it after I told her I never asked for the different color. It got redone but it was a horrible experience and equally as horrible waste of money.

This place can be summed up in two words SERENE and PRISTINE. they are clean and calm. They have nice music playing and their attitudes are always nice. Their prices are average for their services and they offer luxurious options. Definitely worth the price. Ask for Danny or Lisa if you're looking for a full set or a fill.
