Was not happy. I was expecting a massage not a painful hour of being rubbed. Also, at check out being asked by owner to give a 20% tip of 15 dollars. Very tacky and unprofessional. Never again.

I have no idea why people liked their services. I gave 30% tip and even that wasn't enough for this people. The massage gave me more knots then ever and I am in such a terrible pain now.

A 5-star Experience at New Day Spa.
I work in a very stressful environment and this causes cramps and pain in my back, not to mention the mental burden. A good friend recommended me this establishment and they have done wonders for me.
The spa is a meticulously clean, peaceful and calm place. The team is polite, patient and they listen with great care. The showers are sparkling-clean, the sauna is superb and the hot-room is where you lie down and relax on yoga-like mats. Everything is so perfect and calming that you feel all your stress just melting away. They do a deep and professional hour-long massage which relaxes and rejuvenates your body. At the end of my first visit, I expressed my gratitude in detail and they suggested that next time I get the body scrub. On my second visit I did that and it was incredible: they scrub your body clean with loofah-like gloves and an excellent soap. After that I got the massage and then I relaxed in the hot room. Here is how caring and professional they are: a person came in several times with a disposable glass of water to make sure I don’t get thirsty or dehydrated.
A note on the sauna: I called it “superb” because it is what a sauna is meant to be – very hot and all wood. You go in and the smell of wood envelops you and the hot air cleans your lungs in the best way possible.
A note on gratuity (“tips”): Several reviews have focused on the tip and how much is the right amount. Here is my opinion: for a very reasonable price a very skilled and professional person massages you for an hour, calming both your body and spirit. This person does hard, exhausting, physical work. The place is clean, calm, and everyone is courteous. You have a shower, sauna, hot room, and the possibility to get an optional super-cleansing body scrub. To me this is heaven: relaxing, calming, healthy. So I tipped with my heart, to express my gratitude. I hope everyone does the same.
Bottom line: 5 star experience. Thank you New Day Spa. You are my shelter from the storm.
