Was my favorite only because of the Nail tech that sits at station#1is absolutely amazing. trying to figure out how 3 other people who came after me for the same service were serviced 1st. No acknowledgement after waiting 2hours. This place is definitely on the broad of being shut down if they don’t take the Xmas decorations down. And sanitize the instruments, and step their customer service up . They should truly look into hiring more nail techs. Since 75% the staff is only pedicure savvy.

The staff is RUDE. They don’t care about you or making you comfortable all they care about is your money. The nail technician was rough so I asked for someone else & the guy up front ignored me. I asked again & he had an attitude. I walked out & will never go back again. Shut this place down. I’m pretty sure half these “good” reviews are fake

I tried to give this place another chance but after two times of getting burnt I no longer care. First experience I was rushed. The lady painted my hands & tried to send me out the door with my feet half done. I had to tell her to put more polish on several toes
2nd experience their customer service was horrible. Nail technician was rude & rough. She didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. I left with my feet done & hands unpainted. I will never go here again. They don’t deserve customers

I love going to this place they do the best nails on this side of the Mississippi. The only concern that I have is that recently they went up in prices and did not give a shout out to their normal customers or regular customers and I normally have my budget set in place when I go for luxuries and this was outside of my budget. I still paid for it I'll still go back but I won't like it

This place his horrible do not get your nail done here... They charge me for just put water in the bowl $10 that it mind you my little one had a accident so had to leave and the owner wanted to charge me never again....
