Make sure u are ready to spend the whole day at this salon. Even with an appointment you will be waiting up to 1 hour past your scheduled appointment time. Very unprofessional to consistently overbook people for the same times. Not only that it is extremely unsanitary, tools are not properly washed, things are never wiped down, the drying area is filled with dust. The people who work there are nice and i feel bad for them but its hard not to get frustrated when your waiting for up to 1 hour for an appointment every single time.

The other day I went to Nail Tek for the first time and had a nice experience there. The ladies were very friendly to their customers and I enjoyed the overall manicure. My nails also looked very nice when they were finished

Everyone was wearing masks , BUT there was no social distancing happening here at all , too crowded and no plexiglass at counter .
They had forms at front desk for customers to fill out for Covid and did not ask one customer including me to fill out...will not be going back here!!!
Just be safe and wear the mask here!!! Bring your sanitizer!!!

I made an appointment for 6:30 PM, my nail tech was busy when I walked in so I sat down for a pedicure, I was waiting for an hour with my feet soaking in cold water, by the time I was done with my toes my nail tech had taken another customer despite the fact that I had an appointment and the time was now 8:30. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted she asked me various questions and I responded with “exactly like the picture“. She completely disregarded my response and gave me a plain color and did not include the design I asked for. I then asked her if she could at least put two diamonds on the pointer fingers. This was a simple task she could not complete. She put one diamond on each pointer finger. I am completely disappointed as well as disgusted with this customer service. I arrived at 6:30pm on the dot and left at 10:30pm.
