First of all, I love this place! I went and had Heath the first time and he did amazing!! I went back because his service was spectacular. Unfortunately my second visit to get a fill wasn’t quite as amazing as the first time. I write my review from a place of concern more than anything;
I went in and requested Heath but was put with someone else, no biggie! Figured he was busy and quickly got over the extremely minor disappointment. As Evonne started e-filing my gel off I could tell immediately as someone that does nails often that she was going to cut me. Her RPM was awfully high, but I pocketed the thought, assuming she was likely just more skilled than me with her e-file. Wrong. Her technique was just about everything you’re not supposed to do. She was EXTREMELY rough and not really paying much attention to what she was doing. It became clear within my first two minutes in her chair that she was rushing. She didn’t want me there and she made it obvious that she was just trying to get through my set as fast as possible. By the end she had cut me with her drill an embarrassing amount of times. My nail beds hurt and now a few days later, each of my nails is surrounded by scabbing. The picture doesn’t do it any justice, in person my nails are very sore and inflamed. Finally, I see the final product and every single nail has issues with shape. I got to the front and the AMAZING girls asked me how my service was and I literally cried. The nail tech, Evonne had some attitude, mentioning that I didn’t say anything to her, but ended up taking $5 off. The front desk girls went above and beyond to make me feel better and they had a different tech fix the shape. My disappointment was alleviated momentarily but the whole experience has been weighing on my mind since, as I didn’t really tell them what the issues were, I just told them my nails were crooked. I still paid $50 for my set and tipped Evonne despite the fact that I felt really disrespected by her comment and slightly insulted by her service. The gold flakes aren’t sealed properly and my nails have been in pain since and I honestly kick myself for paying that much and tipping on top of it.
With all of that being said, I think the salon is great, there’s some very very talented techs in there, and the front desk service is really amazing. But, from a technique, infection control, and quality control standpoint, Evonne’s service was very unacceptable. I highly recommend this place to everyone still but I hope management is able to see this so that nobody else has to go through what I did. I really appreciate all the help I had in person, but I really wrote this so that management could see the whole story! 💗

I went in to have my dip powder taken off of my natural nails and to have a simple manicure. I am moving back to a job that requires typing in so I will miss my length and the pretty results of dip powder (which lasts forever), but glad to go back to short nails.
I am very happy with the kindness of Maya who was my nail technician. She was gentle and sweet. Highly recommend!!

Great work and personable staff. I was with a group of seven who had a reservation. They sat us as soon as we showed up. We all got pedicures at the same time. The staff was really good. They we're funny and helpful. Great spot and would recommend!

I’ve had terrible nail salon experiences in the past, but this place has changed my mind about getting my nails done. Irene is the best. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with her. My nails looks absolutely amazing thanks to her. She makes dip powder nails look so natural yet durable and beautiful. She’s so talented! I will definitely keep going back.

I have been going to La La since its inception and have always been happy with the service and quality. However, recently I’ve noticed that something has changed. There seems to be a higher turnover rate and the quality of service has suffered. Ethan was my technician and seemed to be in a hurry to get to his next client. As a result, I noticed that there was a white outline around all my nails. I’d never seen that before but thought it would just wash away. The truth is that it wasn’t sealed properly and as a result my nails started to “catch” on clothing. I didn’t go back because I have health issues and didn’t want to complain. However, Sunday my nails were peeling off. I’d been wearing bandaids to keep them from chipping off. I called to speak to Jessica (whom I adore) she’s an asset to that business, hands down! She is off on weekends so I spoke with the new manager. We looked up my account and realized that I had my nails done 20 days before. I thought that by seeing how my nails had deteriorated it was obvious that the job was done incorrectly. She made the typical excuses; different technique, etc. I told her I just wanted my nail dip removed. When I spoke with this new manager I asked her to step aside so I could speak with her privately. I didn’t want to be overheard by other customers. She removed my nails and CHARGED me $10.00! I went there to give them the benefit of doubt. Everyone has an off day and depending on how my situation was handled would be the deciding factor on my return! The $10.00 charge was a deal breaker! I’m looking for a new salon. Sorry Jessica, you’re the best and I will miss you!!!
