Today was my first time visiting here. I did not have appointment, but they still took me.
I showed a lady, who did my gel menicure, the second picture, and told her I would like to do the same thing as on the picture(same color + same design). I asked her can you do the flowers, she said she will try. I was really surprised when she was done with my nails, because it was really different from what I showed her.(third picture) I still tipped her and paid full price and the extra fee for the design. Right after I got out from the nail store, I showed to my friends and they all said you gotta go back to the nail store and re-do it.
I went, and told manager. They did it for free (gave $3 back for the design / first picture)
I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!
IF THE PERSON WAS HONEST WITH ME AND SAID "I CAN'T DRAW FLOWERS" I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN DIFFERENT DESIGN.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

The girl sit in front focusing on nail polish, her name is Helen. She is nice 👍 person. Smile 😊 always appears on her face. I am sure she works with dedicated-heart. Good job 👍 —from Julian zhao , a volunteer Shenyun art promoter

Location is very clean and accommodating. Easy to get to. Meter parking is available and free parking is close by too.Staff is very nice and friendly.
