Yesterday I booked an appointment for a blow out style for a funeral I was attending. 9am was my appointment time, before I went to sleep saw the appointment was for 9-9:45 so with the amount of hair I have I prepared by washing my hair the night previous to the appointment and made sure I was dry, once I had arrived I had mentioned that I wasn’t sure the appointment time was appropriate, and she assured me they she could get it done. Before I left I had mentioned a couple things I was not happy with (the amount of frizz and the dampness of my hair). She assured me it was “just cold” however went over a small section in the back, as well as quickly went over the front “money pieces with a straighter she just turned on so it wasn’t even hot. After the “attempted” fix I was not in the mood to keep mentioning things (and was unaware of what the back look like) so I left. Once I arrived home my friend took a look and showed me that the underside was damp and starting to wave like my natural texture. Once I saw this I promptly called to mention the state of my hair since I paid for a service and got these terrible results. The owner then argued with me that her work was fine, that with the amount of hair I have it was worth more than what I paid. I mentioned that she did not have an option to book above shoulder length or below so I was unable to pay more for my service. However before the service she did not mention the amount of hair I had was a problem. She let me know that she had a spare 15 minutes at the moment that I could come back and pay more money to have her flat iron my hair, and at the point I was already 30 minutes away at my home. Or I could come back at 4pm which was the time of my function. After arguing with me about my hair she told me she would refund me the money for the service and not the tip. This place has horrible customer service and I will never be returning. (These photos were taken by another stylist before they fixed my hair)

Currently seeing Jessica for all my hair needs!
She does amazing with colour ( especially blonde balayage)
My hair feels so refreshed, healthy and bright. I feel like a new person!

Tina is the best. She makes me look 20 years younger!! Everyone there is friendly and nice. Great place to go for gorgeous hair!!

My first visit was great! My hairdresser met me just inside the door and was very nice and welcoming.

I tried really hard to like this place. I came back three times, the first time my hair was great. Fantastic! I left so happy I found a stylist I connected with. Second time, she showed up ten minutes late and looked like she just woke up. I asked for the SAME service as the first and although no prices were ever mentioned and I DECLINED a blow dry, the stylist Patricia Green insisted I allow her to do so “for her book.” I didn’t want to, I always leave the salon with a wet head and wear my waves natural. She insisted it I do it, it was for her benefit and then added $40 to my total cost. Even though that mix up was incredibly uncomfortable, I came back a third time. Before coming in, I had a text message consultation. She seemed to understand what I wanted and booked the appointment.
Upon arriving we started to discuss my hair and I am lost as to why but no matter what I said to this woman she didn’t understand that I didn’t want balayage anymore. I wanted my blonde brought to an even line and point on my head, even if not all the same color because I’m starting from brown. I want the bottom half bleach blonde for future pastels. She scoffed and told another stylist “I don’t get it.” I know she understood because she said it would look like a “shelf” of color. Odd request but that’s exactly what I wanted. The attitude was so heavy I should have walked out but I nervously stayed. I even said “I’m nervous” as she started on my head and she didn’t say a word. Turned me toward the wall, didn’t speak to me the rest of the appointment and did exactly what I told her NOT to do with my hair. Not only that, but it’s over two inches higher of blonde on the right side vs the left!!
I am so disappointed I contacted the owner. He basically explained she is an independent contractor and he can’t do anything to help me.
POOR customer service. If the owner would have tried to resolve the issue, I would say this was only a reflection of the stylist herself but he had nothing to do or say to alleviate the situation.
Highly disappointed and now need to pay for corrective colouring.
