Honestly, I’m not sure why people speak so highly of this place and “Helen”. I went to this shop based off the high reviews, and I was wildly disappointed. She didn’t start until 15 minutes after my appointment, due to doing another EMPLOYEES eyebrows. I made the appointment based off a strict time schedule and needing to be somewhere by a certain time. Helen then proceeds to complain about my wanting shorter, almond shaped nails worn acrylic, claiming it was impossible. I then show her my many, many pictures of my nails with almond shape acrylic. She then begins to aggressively file my nails, sighing/huffing and puffing the entire time, throwing my hands down between each filing, hitting my hand at certain points telling me to “relax my hand”. Just ridiculous. Then when I asked for one nail shape to be fixed due to it being very lopsided and uneven she blames it on my “hands not being relaxed, so I couldn’t see properly” as if she is not the nail tech. Then at the end, the girl who polished my nails filed my nails AFTER they cured under the lamp. They’re both just very unprofessional, and rude. If you don’t want to do certain things nail related, leave the field. I hate they even got my money for this horrible service. I completely hate the shape and painting of my nails.

Came in super last minute and Helen helped me out. Haven't had my nails done in years so glad my first time back was the best! So happy with their service all around!

It’s very clean and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I wish I had come here sooner. Great quality nails. Comforting environment. Love this place.

The staff is always nice. They're beyond helpful with everything... from picking a color to picking the style of nails you want, they get it perfect every single time. This is my GO TO nail salon

Wow, three consistent months come here - time does fly! The nail techs are so nice and very thorough and precise. My nails look absolutely perfect. I totally recommend to everyone.
