The service is horrible. I went in a little over a year ago to just have a polish change (I was here the week earlier got my pedi and all ready my GEL polish was chipping and coming off) and I guess because I wasn’t spending a lot of money I was overlooked for service 3 times to girls there to get full sets or pedicures....cool. I have been coming here for at least 10 years and because this one time I wasn’t spending a lot of money they said f*** me. Oh didn’t mention I was asked by 2 different techs why I was there and they both moved on to the next person. At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere for good. Fast forward to yesterday I was pressed for time went in to get a pedicure and by the time I got to where I was going my once again GEL polish was this time peeling completely off my big toe....after the tech (I wish I got her name) had to redo it 3 times. So I’m at my even embarrassed with open toe shoes and all the damn polish missing off my big toe....smh. At this point I would rather just pay for a color change once again somewhere else. SN: If u do decide to go there only see Tina. She is polite, she doesn’t pass you around to a bunch of different ppl for services, and she does a great job. I wished she was in a different shop.

Mimi did a great job on my lashes. The price is reasonable and everyone was nice. Decor is update. Location is great... I thought I had a nail place but Mimi made me second guess that. I will be returning.

I decided to try Queens nails because my salon was closed and I had an event later. I saw a picture online of pink and white that looked amazing and that’s what I have so I decided to give Queens nails a try. I went in for a fill and two repairs and left with some nails a half of inch shorter then the rest, one of my nails was almost halfway lifted and broken off and instead of just taking it off and putting a new tip on it, it was left and the nail broke not even a half an hour later. I was finished in twenty minutes and charged full price plus the two repairs and the technician even said oh I’m sorry this nail is a lot shorter than the rest, that’s okay right? I should not have been charged for that! And lastly on accident they put regular top coat on my nails instead of gel and when she realized it instead of taking it off, she put the gel coat right over top and all my nails have ripples in them. I had to pay for a whole new set at my regular place not even a week later because half my nails were way shorter, fix the broken nail that I was charged to fix, that broke off thirty minutes after I left, and my coffin shape looked like stilettos on three of my fingers. I have had some terrible experiences at other salons and still didn’t give bad reviews but this was ridiculous.

Wonderful place to get your nails done. The price is reasonable for the service and quality is given. Service was good and fast. Would recommend this to your friends and family.

You have to check out Queens Nails. It's the only place I'll get my eye lashes done they always look beautiful and natural and last for weeks. I always get gel on my nails & toes it never chips. The salon is neat clean and the nail technicians are all nice.
