Our tech, Diana was amazing! She was patient and such a warm person. She made us feel right at ease. Everyone at this facility treated us with courtesy. We have been to several imaging centers and this visit has by far been the most positive one that my husband and I ever had. We highly recommend this center for your imaging needs.

Such nice people here. They took very good care of me. The MRI machine was very comfortable, and my exam didn't take long. They also gave me a CD of my images. I highly recommend this place.

This place has a wonderful staff I went on a Saturday and the look lady that took my MRI was so sweet also very professional recomend this place for your imaging

Simply trying to get an appointment and no one answers their phone, no message, and their website looks like it was made in 1998 complete with spinning and flashing logos ;) Would not recommend this place based on the reviews I've seen here.

Let me start by saying that this place is the worse there is to serve you. I will explain in detail now. They got the referral from my doctor to do a MRI for the neck, back and my knees. This was sent to them. I should not have to worry about this.
Week 1
I have a apponintment to do my MRI. I get there on time for the apponintment and I am put in a waiting room for 1 hour and 30 mins. After that wait I am finally put to do the MRI. The nurse set it up to do my back MRI. Each MRI takes time to do. It takes about 15 to 30 mins. After 20 mins of doing it, she comes back and says that their machine is broken and that they need to reschedule me to come back and do this all over again.... I was pretty upset. I have to drive all the way to Doral to do these MRI and still have to wait to waste my time.
Week 2
I come back to do the MRI once again. I get there 15 mins before my appointment just because you still need to sign in and all that. Well still had to wait 1 hour and 45 mins.... When I do get called I do the whole process that takes 20 mins. After that they say I am done and send me home... I guess they don't have anyone that knows what they are doing since I come back to my doctor and he asks why they did not do the other MRI's. Has them connected again and they say they had lost the referral and that when I came in it was not there and that they asked me what I wanted done... They make another appointment to do the neck and knee MRI.
Week 3
Let's just get to the part where I come to the appointment on time again. And this time it is a 2 hour wait and the nurse forgets to give me the emergency plug to squeeze if I need it. I had to tell her at the end of the 30 min process. She just says " But did you need it..." Like if it mattered that I did not need it today. You should do your job right. Because if something did happen there would not have been a way of her knowing I needed help...😤
Over all this was the worst experience I have had. If it was not that I was sent here by my doctor I would not have gone thru 3 weeks of hell. They need to fix their administrative staff and MRI staff. Please don't waste your time coming here.
