I will never even attempt to give these people my business again. My mom has been a customer of theirs since they opened in the ‘90’s. The day before Easter I call them and let them know that I am unable to get there until after 7pm. They tell me it is fine that they are open until 9:30pm. I show up at 7:30pm and they tell me they are unable to to take me because it is too late and I should’ve made an appointment. Well that was the point of me calling and an appointment should’ve been offered to me when I called. This was an extreme inconvenience at this time of the evening when all other nail places are closed. I didn’t even want to give them one star but it is the only way to leave a review. NEVER getting my business again. What a disappointment and inconvenience when I have an event to attend at 5:45am the next morning!!!! ���� poor customer service!

I will never go to this place again, I went Friday, waited 1 and a half got powder, less than 24 hours later my 6 of my nails were cracked/shattered. Every time I’ve gotten powder it had lasted well into 2 weeks. I went back the next day they wanted me to wait another 2 hours, refused a refund so I waited ( it was less than 2 hours) they r-dipped my nails and the EXACT same thing happened 4 of my nails were chipped and cracked the next day!!! Thy have terrible quality in products as well as rushed services. The pedicure and wax I received was also below average.
