I was invited to a birthday party here. And was amazed that they had a nail salon overviewing out of the play place. That’s an amazing feature to have and I applaud them for making that happen. It has go carts laser tag and plenty of game area as well also a bar and plenty of TVs and also plenty of party rooms and big areas. Once my kid gets a little older I will definitely have her birthday party here she’s only three and she had the time of her life and she was even able to write on the go carts with me her mother with her.

Pretty pricey, very easy to spend too much! The lady that was working the food court was terrible! She completely messed up my order, but I just ate it bc I didn't want to wait any longer. I loved that it wasn't crowded, but I'm sure that once it becomes more known it will b packed. I didn't like that you couldn't use two different cards at once. Had to combine them at the desk

Great place! Clean, awesome staff! Much needed in this area. Always have great deals via Groupon or the Play and Spin website! Also, there's a bar and nail salon, so there's entertainment for adults as well as kids!!! Perfect for birthdays too!

John, the General Manager at this location is neither friendly nor helpful. It is very clear that he hates his job. He's very disrespectful to customers, and employees. What a terrible representation. There are a lot of places that are much cheaper than this place, and have much more to offer. Go somewhere else, where you will have a better time, and won't pay as much!

The one star is for having good food and Laser tag. My family was rushed and unattended to majority of the time during the party. All the staff did was interrupt us during the party to tell us how things are supposed to work with plates and cups. It’s clear ownership and management needs an overhaul. I dealt with Mary and Emily who were really nice however, Mary was worried more about the amount of guests and cups we had not paid for. The way things work there are not explained clearly and have to be written clearly because the multiple conversations I had with Mary and other staff were very misunderstood. They don’t clearly explain all the things that are included and not included, I was hounded about cups which I understand is a business however, I’m not psychic to know that we will be charged extra for certain things like extra cups or even bringing our own cups. They also miscommunicated about having an extra table that we would be charged $25 for day before the event. I told Mary that we will have roughly 10 kids and 15 adults and if the table we chose seats 17 people then yes we needed another table. It’s a scam because she knows how many people will be at the event and her main focus was the kids, how many kids? how many cards did you need? It’s all very confusing, no contract with explanation, no sort of up front details on how things work and why I would need more cards for adults. The biggest hit for me was when the party was over everyone moved on to play games and such, now it was a Saturday and the place closes at 11pm. The cards they give you have a 2 hour limit, oyr event was over at 8:30pm however, they closed at 10pm because our party were the only people left in that place. They decided on their own without approaching us and explaining why they were closing so early. They made announcements which no one heard. We noticed it when they started shutting machines down.
To sum it all up, It was expensive, lack of communication on their part, they shut down too early. We spent money on cards that didn’t get the full 2 hour time. The ownership and management were terrible.
Good luck to all who think they will have a better experience!
