I got eyelash extensions at this place and by far the worst job I’ve ever gotten done. The lashes felt horrible, i have no idea what glue was used but it definitely wasn’t meant for eyelashes. I went to another place to get them removed and she struggled so much because her eyelash remover wasn’t taking them off. I should have known better, the moment she placed the first eyelash my eye started burning and that never happens to me. Don’t make the same mistake i made, AVOID this place!

Very horrible experience. I was charged twice on my debit card 10 days ago . I went back the same day, the person who charged me told me to go back in 24 hours and he would give me back my money. I went on the Dec 25th and Jaik (I think that his name) told me the company will refund me the money and if they don't to come back in one week. I believed him so I waited. I came today and the guy who initially overcharged me attended me and gave me attitude and told me that the company refunded me the money which was no true. I showed him my bank statements to show him that I did not received the refund. Then he gave me more attitude and was dismissive. I was so frustrated and upset at this point. Jaik was not there and both of them keep giving me different information. It was not until we started arguing that he told me to come tomorrow to get back my $180 and he still had the audacity to say that $180 is not a lot of money. I went to work late today because they keep giving me the runaround. I filed a complaint with my bank and my bank inform me that they will deal with L.A Nails. I should of just let my bank handle it since the beginning, but this is what happens when you are patient and expect that others will do the right thing. L.A Nails, my sisters and I will no longer go to your shop. You just lost 7 loyal customers. Be aware and make sure you look at your bank statements because they will overcharge you!

Worst nail salon ever. Worst nail job ever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Managers are very rude, immature and is horrible with holding a professional conversation. This nail salon had given my sister an infection due to poor sterilization of nail tools. I had observed that the managers treat the women workers with disrespect and seems like they are running a sweat shop in there. I observed how scared and shooken up all the women workers were thinking they were going to get yelled at. This nail salon feels prejudice and racist. I'm never going back ever again. I feel very disrespected and disappointed.

Love all of the nail techs here. Everyone is super friendly and they treat you like family after the first visit. Expect a wait on most days. As this is the only nailshop in the vicinity, its always crowded. With that being said, I have never felt like my nails or toes have been rushed because people were waiting.
