Normally they do a pretty good job on my nails... But on this day they did not. Got there at 6:10. They were packed but a lady started my pedicure. After I was done lyn started to take my sns off nails... so she gets done and perceeds to tell me another lady would be doing my nails and by this time it is 7:10 and there was someone else before me. I came in before any of the other women who were going before me. She said 30 minutes I said no. They said come back tomorrow. I just don’t understand why I the customer wasn’t right. I had been there before everyone else who was serviced before me and I come every two weeks to get my daughter and my nails done. It’s ok they lost 2 customers.

Couldn't make appointment as I thought I was in LABOR (3 weeks from due date)...
Thieves would not honor their own rule about calling in a few days after botched nail job; charged ANOTHER $40 for botched SNS. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
3 April 2018: Went here after getting a gift certificate for my birthday (which, if you read the fine print, expires nine months after date of purchase: so they take any unused money). The place smelled absolutely AWFUL when I walked in, so there seems to be no ventilation system in place to disperse the chemical and glue smells. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to call my name (at the time no one else was waiting). I was then asked to sit at a mani station, then told to go to a pedicure chair after sitting at the mani station for an additional 5 minutes. A young woman came in presumably from her lunch break and began work on my pedicure. A simple French is extra for each mani and pedi. It took her an hour to do my pedicure. Then on to the manicure: I chose to do SNS because it usually lasts for months and makes my nails look amazing. This woman not only messed up the French SNS (although she did fix it), but she also rushed through the job so horribly that the SNS is already starting to peel away from my nail bed less than 4 days later (pictures below)! Spent nearly 3 hours and $80 here. I called and described the problem. Will be going in tomorrow and updating my review accordingly...

Chau, is amazing and John, and Tina have amazing work.... All of the team at BN are fabulous but I've only has work from those three.

I've visited BN Nails on several occasions and was very happy with the services each time. On my last visit I saw a roach run across the manicure table. I hate it but I can not return and I am now on a search for a new nail salon.
