If I could give them no stars, I would. I called in 15 minutes before I walked in, and asked if they could do 4 pedicures and I was told yes. When I arrived there were only 3 seats available so I allowed my partner and my two Sons to go ahead of me, while I waited for the 4th seat to become available [Not a problem]. Meanwhile a young lady walks in and says "I'm here for a pedicure, I called just a few minutes ago, is this going to take a long time?" The tech then says "No", so the young lady and I continue to wait. When the 4th seat became available, I stood up, to be seated, when the tech stops me and says "Can you wait for a minute? She had an appointment" [Which was a lie, because she just stated that she called just a few minutes ago]. Long story short, when the tech was done with my oldest Sons pedicure, she asked if I wanted my pedicure and I politely responded with "No thank you". She asked if I was sure and I said that I was absolutely positive. I let her know that under the circumstances, I should have been serviced first, because that's just good customer service. She proceeded to blame it on her co-worker, and I said that's fine but you do not treat paying customers that way, and there is no excuse for it. I then paid and proceeded to wait for my partner and my youngest Son, meanwhile the ladies began talking to one another in their language and laughing; I'm sure you get the picture, needless to say, I will never patronize this establishment again.

Rude and right out disrespectful to their customers. Also their general skill and abilities suck. Extremely poor service, you're way better off going to JoJo's Nails across the street, they treat you well and the place is gorgeous and relaxing.

I love this place! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. All the ladies that work there are very nice and caring. Jenny is the lady I usually go with and she is amazing!

Small, not very busy. The only downfall is you have to tip with cash and I don't ever have cash.

Clean. Had to wait 2 hours for an appointment. Spoke amongst themselves in their language.
