I bought a pair of French manicure acrylic glue on nails and when I tried to get the glue out of the bottle it came in, it wouldn’t work. I then tried cutting the top of the bottle and still nothing came out. I cut down the middle of the nail glue bottle and I ended up seeing that the nail glue was completely dried out and as hard as a rock. I was very disappointed considering the fact that I usually have no complaints with this brand. Currently I feel like buying this product was a complete waste of money and it was a huge disappointment.
Another problem I am having with the glue on nails is the amount of air bubbles there are. I am very careful when it comes to gluing on my nails and I am hating the way they are are coming out.
I have been a loyal customer for a while now. I use a lot of this brands hair products and they are amazing. Just wish you guys will focus on your nail product problems.

I've been buying and wearing the Broadway nails for years (like 30 years) and people compliment me all the time on how good my nails look. PLEASE do not stop making/selling the Broadway brand especially the natural deceptions and natural illusions - they aren't as thick as the KISS brand and look so much more natural with the natural moon and blended french.... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't stop making and selling them!!!!

I will never buy any Kiss products again until they return the adhesive french tape nails that they used to have back to the shelves. I tried 3 different kinds of nails from kiss that are available, they all look like glued fake nails, big air spots, funky fit, none of them came close to the picture and I'm pretty savvy with my nails. So, until I see my sticker french nail tips back on the shelf, I shall waste no more money on Kiss French Nails. I wouldn't buy this product if I were you, waste of hard earned money.
On the flip side and because I believe in being fair. They get a high mark for answering their 800 customer service line. The agent did listen to me and they are going to see what they can find similar and send me some since they can't refund money. I have to bring it back where I purchased it for a refund. So, they did try to help but had no answer as to why they would take the most basic every day nail off the shelf and not sell them anymore. The only thing I can think of is it's because they are too inexpensive compared to what they have now. So sad and greedy!

I bought a pair of nails and I put them on and in the next 3 days I lost 5 nails. And I called the company and complained. They sent 2 new pairs and I put them away for a week. NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THEM. Just got them out and the package was opened missing 3 nails and the prep pad. So I cleaned my nails with nail polish remover and put them on. I lost 5 nails in 2 hours. Just wait till I call them

DEAR KISS, please please make a matching clear gel French manicure white in toes to go with the clear gel French real short ! I have been emailing this request for YEARS !!!!! And then progress to making matching toes to all your nail line. It just doesn't make any sense to have nails without matching toes :-(
