I’ve been a customer for 10 years. The lady working is the only lady I trust to wax my face. I’ve been a customer there since before the couple who own it even moved to Burlington. I drive 40 minutes to get my face waxed by her. I think I’ve told her that before. I’ve been patient over the years when Kathleen (their daughter) was growing up and crawling all over me while I had hot wax on my face, pulling my hair while I was waiting to be served, and crawling around me during pedicures/manicures. I walked in two days ago to get waxed and the owner told me ‘I can wax your eyebrows but not the rest of your face because I’m busy’ she was really rude and unapologetic so I just looked at her for a few seconds. Since there isn’t no customer appreciation, and the owners have poor customer retention (obviously since they’re never busy and they’re willing to lose w 10-year customer) I figured it’s worth it to leave a review just to let all future patrons know that these people won’t appreciate your business so go give it to someone else.

They were very nice and did a great job. Was also affordable.

I’ve come here twice now and both times the older guy has done my nails. He’s a sweet guy, but the first time I was in all of my nails broke within The first week. I just left the salon this time and it took him 20 minutes to fix ONE nail and another 20 to paint them. I was in there for an hour just for what should have been a 15 minute ordeal

Very friendly and Thea did a amazing job with my pedicure. They are very reasonable priced as well. She took her time and did a great job. I highly recommend this place. I have tried a lot of different places and this one so far has been the best.
