Great prices. I was late to my appointment with Lisa but she was very understanding. She recommended that I get a blunt cut because it's becoming more popular. In the end, I still wanted to add soft layers in the front to frame my face. She had no problem with doing that for me. I reduced a star because I feel like having family and friends present was loud and disruptive.

For the past few years, Unique hair has been my go to place for a quick hair cut or hair do. I've been going to Lisa or Daniel, which ever one is available. Both are very nice. Lisa is fantastic! $25 for shampoo, cut and style not including tip is definitely not bad at all. I think it's a great price considering I have a long and thick hair. If you're looking for a place to cut, style or even color your hair for an affordable price, this is the place to go.

Lisa is very, very unprofessional in term customer service. In multiple occasions, she made me wait 1 to 2 hours even though I had an appointment and showed up on time. People arrived after me were served first, I don't understand why (may be she didn't want to lose her income :D ). She was so busy, but she could not know how to organize her works. She asked me a favor to let her doing something for someone... and so on......i had to wait like a dumb in 1 and a half hour although i made appointment with her properly. Never come back to this place. Really waste time.
