I received a gel manicure and a day and a half later my thumb nail completely peeled off. Two days after that my pointer finger peeled off. I paid 25 dollars for my nails to look nice on thanksgiving ....

Had an appointment for 5 pm I arrived 5:03. I asked to add on pedicure and was denied because according to them they didn’t have enough time (remind you the close at 6). No one was rude don’t get me wrong but The energy felt like I was annoying them. Paola did my nails, the reason I know is because I saw her name at the work station not because I was introduced. Nail were not done that great, but since it was my first time with them, I decided not to complain. Now it hasn’t been a full 24 hour as yet(16 hours to be exact) and one of my finger is chipping already. I’m very disappointed in service. Usually I would give someone another chance but I will not be returning. What makes it worst is that I have the SNS gel which is the dip powder, should have lasted me 3-4 weeks. I have had SNS gel done before so I know it will last if done right. This is what I get for trying someone new.

Lupe and the other ladies are amazing!!!! They make you feel like family and take pride in all that they do.

Very nice and caring staff. My g/f and daughter go here all the time. They love lupe.

I usually don’t rate/review but my first experience here was absolutely RIDICULOUS to say the least. I am genuinely the most patient person when it comes to mostly everything, but I definitely need to put my word out on this one. I went into this salon because it’s next to my school and I wanted to take off the acrylics that I already had on previously (from my usual salon) and get a new full set for an important event that I had the next day. This lady spent about two hours trying to take off my acrylics, going back and forth with trying to peel them off with a metro card, soaking my nails in ice cold water, and continuously filing them down to the point where my nails are now paper thin and in excruciating pain. After the two hours of watching how inexperienced and unprofessional I was being treated, I told the lady nicely that I am just going to leave & dont even want my nails done anymore. She told me I needed to pay for her taking off my acrylics when the acrylics were still ON my nails. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience anywhere else. This was extremely ridiculous and disappointing.
