They know me by name after only going once, they never make me wait, and they are one of the cleanest salons I have been to! Also the best waxer, May!!!

Employees were rood and did not ask me if I needed help and I stood there for 30 minuets and they messed up my nails and didn’t give me a refund

New to the area and was looking for a new nail shop.
The woman who typically sits next to Wendy.
1st time. Told the woman my nails were real and I had a gel overlay to protect them. In her language she tells the girl it's acrylic. So they force me to soak my hands In a bowl of acetone instead of foiling my tips. My hands & my nails were dried out. I had to repeat to her and two other staff members that I wanted clear. They pretended like they didnt understand. New regular client comes in they speak to her fluently in English.
2nd time I come in she sits me at a station that has product and supplies all over and she doesnt move it or wipe the station down. I tell her my nails are gels. She does it again. The shop was virtually empty. Two women were playing on their phones and refused to do my nails. She started 2 people's nails before mine who didn't have appointments while my nails were drying out in the acetone. Finally she comes over to do my nails and then tells me "OH this was gel?"
She basically threw the nail gel colors in my face.
The staff is lazy and rude.
They are slow.

I wanted to take off my acrylic nail. They made me put my hand in acetone and just went away. Next to me was a women and two of the employees ware next to her while i had none. Also I was sitting there for more than half an hour with my hands in acetone and NO one even checked while new clients kept coming and the employees had time for them and not for me who was sitting for more than half an hour.
