I had my first wax today with Lyly and it was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and welcoming, and very efficient. She talked me through the whole process and was sure to check on my comfort levels frequently. I have been waxing consistently for two years not and I can say confidently that this was the most enjoyable and least painful wax I have ever gotten. I would highly recommend Lyly!

I have been to so many salons that have failed to listen to me, what I want, or how I want it. I had the best haircut I've ever had with Ever at Voila Salon. He listened to what I wanted, clarified, and gave me an excellent haircut. Everything from the welcoming front desk to the hair washing to the final product was outstanding. I rarely leave reviews but needed to congratulate Voila on their outstanding service. Thank you so much- I will be returning and sending clients your way!

I have been going to Andy for about 3 years now (acrylic fill with gel polish) and refuse to go to anyone else. He is meticulous with everything he does and truly cares about the quality service he provides for his clients. Lyly is the best at waxing! And I just started going to Rob for my hair and am very pleased with the cut/style! Truly a one stop shop!

Andy has been doing my nails for 3 maybe 4 years. He's personable and always pleasant. Andy is an excellent manicurist and pays attention to detail. My nails and toes are fabulous with every departure.

My absolute favorite wax lady, Lyly. She gets me so right!!!! I am VERY fussy and she always does amazing EVERY time. I get Brazilian and underarms wax, I only trust this woman in the whole city of DC. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now. She used to work at another place, but she moved here and I followed her here. Go there and ask for Lyly!!
